Corporate Finance (Rotational) Career Development Program (FY 2027)

What you will do

• Complete three 12-month rotational assignments within Corporate Finance.
• Work in areas such as business-aligned finance, corporate decision support, internal audit, corporate tax, treasury, financial planning, and analysis.
• Develop and deepen professional and technical finance skills through challenging assignments.
• Collaborate with business and functional leaders across the company.
• Build a broad understanding of hirify.global’ businesses and products.
• Take the lead in planning and developing a finance career.

Requirements

• Recent bachelor’s graduate or graduating in December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Degree concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.2.
• Demonstrated teamwork, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities through projects, campus organizations, jobs, or internships.
• Integrity, passion, and commitment to continuous learning.
• Ability to work in person in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
