Finance Leadership Development Program Associate

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; in-office collaboration required at least four days per week, with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Base salary: $73,000, with potential variable compensation and bonuses.

What you will do

• Complete three eight-month rotations across accounting, tax, audit, finance, and internal service functions.
• Prepare cost-benefit analyses for new products and programs.
• Analyze profit and loss statements, forecasts, trends, and variances to support revenue growth and expense management.
• Support balance sheet management, due diligence, process re-engineering, and cash flow analysis.
• Conduct audits, test business-process controls, and evaluate risks and mitigation opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models, support software implementation, and present findings to business and finance leaders.

Requirements

• Current senior at a four-year university pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation in December 2026 or May/June 2027.
• Commitment to completing the full 24-month Leadership Development Program.
• Must have valid U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organization, communication, interpersonal, presentation, collaboration, integrity, and time-management skills.
