Finance Leadership Development Program

Location: Westlake, Ohio, United States; office environment with geographical flexibility required during and after the program. Relocation assistance is provided.

What you will do

• Complete a two-year finance leadership development program with approximately four rotational assignments.
• Rotate through general accounting, internal audit, cost controlling, commercial finance, and financial planning and analysis.
• Complete a three-month international rotation as part of the program.
• Participate in financial initiatives and apply accounting and finance skills to business challenges.
• Build financial business-partnering experience and collaborate with senior finance leaders.
• Identify and interview for future positions across the finance organization before completing the program.

Requirements

• Full-time student completing a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
• Related work or internship experience, leadership experience, and strong interest in a finance career.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial business partnering and process improvement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Familiarity with data analytics tools, project management software, or basic financial concepts.
