Financial Analyst - Finance Development Program

Location: Maumee, Ohio, US; the 3–4-year program includes rotations throughout the US, including a plant operations controlling assignment requiring relocation to a US plant.

What you will do

• Complete three 12–18-month finance rotations.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities in an accounting assignment.
• Contribute to internal audit or corporate FP&A.
• Perform plant operations controlling at a US manufacturing location.
• Build general and specialized finance capabilities under manager and mentor supervision.
• Partner with colleagues across the organization and support business demands through schedule flexibility, travel, and occasional extended hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, accounting, or finance; a GPA of at least 3.0 is required.
• Strong Microsoft Office expertise and detailed analytical skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, strong initiative, influencing skills, and business acumen.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities without losing focus.
• Ability to adapt to change and adjust routines.
• Willingness to travel and relocate within the US for program rotations.

Nice to have

• Previous internship experience.
• Fluency in Spanish.
