Early Career Program - Finance - 2026-2027

Location: Columbus, Ohio, United States; relocation to the Columbus area required for candidates who are not already local. Full-time work begins in June 2027.

Global manufacturer of precision instruments and services for laboratory, process analytics, industrial, product inspection, and retailing applications.

What you will do

• Complete rotations across financial reporting, accounting, global pricing, and internal audit.
• Conduct pricing analyses and investigate customer profitability.
• Support month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Conduct audits testing operational controls at off-site locations.
• Present to leadership and participate in program, networking, mentoring, and community-service activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Must graduate by May 2027 and be able to begin full-time work in June 2027.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Some programming experience or willingness to learn a coding language for financial reporting and analysis software.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and learning skills.
