Child and Family Therapists

Location: Remote within the United States; California licensure required. Flexible scheduling during weekdays 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m. and Saturdays, with at least 2 hours per week during peak times in Pacific Time.

Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year for full-time employment, with bonus opportunities.

hirify.global provides virtual, evidence-based chronic care for children and families, initially focusing on ADHD and anxiety while expanding into additional conditions.

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive ADHD and anxiety assessments and intake evaluations for children and families.
• Provide individualized treatment recommendations and refer families to community providers when appropriate.
• Lead caregiver group therapy for children with ADHD, anxiety, and co-occurring conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Deliver integrated care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Contribute to care-model development, workflow improvements, program evaluation, and research initiatives based on interests and organizational needs.

Requirements

• Current California licensure as an LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in integrated care settings and use of evidence-based approaches, especially for pediatric ADHD and anxiety.
• Ability to provide care from a private, secure location with a reliable internet connection.
• Strong collaboration, technology, and learning skills, with interest in improving behavioral-health systems and virtual care.

Nice to have

• Licensure in additional states.
• Spanish proficiency, with a pay differential.
