Assistant Manager - Corporate Financial Planning (Forecast Lead)

Location: US Remote or hybrid at Pleasanton or Oakland; internal hybrid roles may also be based in Durham

Salary: $90,900–$170,100 in Zone A, $83,400–$155,900 in Zone B, or $75,800–$141,700 in Zone C, plus eligibility for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Lead Total Company consolidation for quarterly forecasts, budgets, investor-relations guidance, and pulse updates.
• Coordinate financial inputs and assumptions across Finance teams and deliver analysis for senior stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO, and Investor Relations.
• Support quarterly close consolidation, executive reporting, Board and SEC reporting, and early P&L reviews.
• Design and implement dashboard reporting and automation for Corporate Financial Planning.
• Provide financial expertise for ad hoc decision support and drive technology and operational improvements.
• Maintain internal controls and data integrity, including system tie-outs between Group Reporting and Anaplan.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5+ years of professional Financial Planning and Analysis experience.
• General understanding of U.S. GAAP and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical, planning, organizing, communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage significant amounts of data, maintain data integrity, work independently, and resolve issues on time.
• Ability to work in the United States under the stated remote or hybrid workplace arrangements.
