Manager, Finance (FP&A)

Location: Westlake, Texas, United States; hybrid work with regular in-person collaboration

Salary: USD $85,500–$150,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do

• Provide financial oversight and decision support to Corporate Functions business leaders.
• Develop and maintain financial plans and detailed forecasts aligned with strategic goals.
• Analyze financial close results and explain monthly, quarterly, and annual variances against budgets, forecasts, and prior years.
• Support the development and implementation of firm-wide strategic initiatives.
• Develop finance perspectives based on objective, fact-based analysis for business leaders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes across the business and finance organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A-related roles, ideally including expense management for Corporate Functions.
• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, IBM Planning Analytics, and Workday.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines with a results-oriented approach.
