Senior Manager, Finance - Financial Planning & Analysis (Hybrid, Seattle)

Location: Hybrid in the Seattle, Washington area; onsite at the hirify.global Seattle office at least 4 days per week is required.

Salary: $131,500–$210,500 annual, with possible performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead the enterprise financial close process and coordinate dependencies across Accounting, FP&A, and business partners.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve close-related issues and risks while improving close execution.
• Own MBR and Board reporting, translating financial results into enterprise-level narratives for senior leadership.
• Support chart-of-accounts implementation, governance communication, and change management across Finance and business teams.
• Improve finance capabilities through report automation and process improvement.
• Build and develop a team of individual contributors through clear priorities, coaching, and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; finance or economics preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in finance or economics with increasing scope and accountability.
• Experience leading teams and teaching early- and mid-career professionals.
• Experience with corporate metrics, analytical methods, and scalable driver-based financial models.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Seattle office at least 4 days per week.
