Accounting Manager (Healthtech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Fremont, California, United States

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
• Oversee revenue recognition, inventory, intercompany accounting, payroll, AP/AR, and fixed assets.
• Prepare financial statements and internal reporting packages, including balance sheet and P&L fluctuation analyses.
• Manage treasury activities, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity optimization.
• Partner with Supply Chain to improve inventory controls, reporting, and forecasting.
• Develop accounting policies, implement process automation, manage audits, and mentor staff accountants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting experience and 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting principles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience managing complex accounting operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in eCommerce, healthcare, telemedicine, or inventory-based businesses.
• CPA certification.
