Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager

Location: Pipersville, PA, United States; full-time, onsite role

What you will do

• Complete mechanical engineering projects from proposal through final design.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and delegate project work to engineering and drafting staff.
• Develop design recommendations, perform engineering calculations, and complete or delegate 2-D and 3-D drafting.
• Review technical deliverables and ensure project quality through final quality control.
• Support proposal preparation by developing technical scope, budgets, timelines, and staff utilization plans.
• Perform site assessments, oversee construction, prepare project reports, and advise junior team members.

Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of related mechanical engineering experience, including energy or industrial projects, piping, and equipment design.
• West Virginia or Pennsylvania Professional Engineer license required.
• Experience leading mechanical design and collaborating on multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong technical writing, verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, and deadline-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with 2-D and 3-D mechanical drafting is a plus.
