Operating Model Consultant (Health & Life Sciences)

Location: New York, USA; hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office or on client site, and up to 5 days per week on a client site depending on the assignment.

Salary: $115,800–$121,900 per year

What you will do

• Design future-state operating models, organizational structures, governance frameworks, capabilities, and ways of working.
• Analyze complex business challenges and develop practical recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops with operational teams and executive leadership.
• Assess organizational capabilities, operating models, and ways of working to identify performance and transformation opportunities.
• Contribute to high-profile transformations for pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and healthcare clients.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in consulting, health and life sciences, transformation, or a related industry; this is not an entry-level position.
• Experience supporting clinical, R&D, medical, regulatory, commercial, or enterprise transformation initiatives in pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, or healthcare organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and insights.
• Background in operating models, organizational design, transformation, governance, capability design, change delivery, product ownership, or agile ways of working.
