Strategy & Corporate Development Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid schedule with 2 days per week on-site at the New York City or Princeton office locations, United States

Salary: $129,000–$169,000 base salary per year, plus performance-based bonus and stock awards

What you will do

• Create strategic frameworks, roadmaps, and long-term growth strategies with the Head of Strategy.
• Analyze new products, markets, revenue streams, and market-entry opportunities, including build, buy, or partner recommendations.
• Build data-driven business cases and assess feasibility, ROI, product-market fit, and strategic alignment.
• Support corporate development activities, including sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, and acquisition pipeline development.
• Identify strategic partnerships and support integration planning with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare executive presentations, competitive analyses, SWOT assessments, and recommendations for senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate development with a healthcare focus.
• Experience in market analysis, business case development, strategic planning, and quantitative analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, payer/provider relationships, pharmacy supply chains, consumer health and wellness, and emerging trends.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and project management skills.
