Senior Consultant (Life Sciences – Technology Implementation)

What you will do

• Act as the primary client-facing consultant and trusted advisor for assigned engagements.
• Manage multiple SaaS implementations from kickoff through launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Lead requirements, solution design, status, testing, UAT, training, go-live, and production-readiness activities.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs, including workflows, rules, permissions, reporting, and reference data.
• Define integrations, data mappings, interfaces, APIs, file-based integrations, and data migration activities with technical teams.
• Provide ongoing application support, configuration changes, reporting, reconciliations, system administration, documentation, and audit trails.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and at least three years of professional experience.
• Experience in SaaS implementation, technology consulting, professional services, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience across the software implementation lifecycle, from requirements through production launch.
• Strong client-facing, consulting, project management, communication, analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience gathering requirements, configuring SaaS or enterprise applications, managing integrations and data flows, and working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with functional, integration, and end-to-end testing, UAT, training, and production launches.

Nice to have

• Experience with MediSpend or comparable SaaS platforms.
• Life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, compliance, or other regulated-industry experience.
• Knowledge of transparency reporting, aggregate spend, or HCP/HCO data.
• Experience with APIs, SFTP or file-based integrations, data migration, CRM, ERP, or other enterprise systems.
• Experience delivering managed services or performing business processes for clients.
