What you will do
- Monitor alternative asset management market trends, competitor activity, and regional developments.
- Evaluate new business concepts and product ideas, preparing data-driven recommendations for growth.
- Support new product launches and enhancements in collaboration with investment, fundraising, marketing, legal, tax, and fund operations teams.
- Develop strategic partnership proposals for institutional investors and perform financial analyses, modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Support senior leadership with research projects and coordinate product-related decisions ahead of governance discussions.
- Use AI-enabled tools for market intelligence, competitor research, data synthesis, workflow automation, and presentation development.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of financial services experience focused on alternative asset management, including infrastructure, real estate, private equity, or private credit.
- Experience across APAC markets and with institutional investors in Australia, Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, or Southeast Asia.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regional market and regulatory developments, and country- and investor-specific considerations.
- Experience or relevant exposure to product development and implementation processes.
- Strong research, analytical, quantitative, communication, writing, presentation, interpersonal, and commercial skills.
- Undergraduate degree with an excellent academic background; CFA, CAIA, MBA, or CPA credentials are a bonus.
