Product Owner - Vice President (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the strategy and delivery of risk management system improvement features for the Lending squad.
• Own product customer journeys, adoption, engagement, and value creation across risk management products.
• Plan and maintain product backlogs, capacity, feasibility analysis, prioritization, budgeting, and release planning.
• Coordinate dependencies across products, squads, tribes, and chapter leads to ensure effective resourcing and delivery.
• Track project milestones and Objectives & Key Results while providing updates to management and steering committees.
• Partner with Agile coaches and stakeholders across Credit, Market, and Operational Risk to improve processes, policies, and transformation outcomes.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in change management, digital transformation, product management, project management, business transformation, or related fields.
• Experience delivering digital products, AI-enabled solutions, data transformation programmes, or enterprise technology solutions from concept through production.
• Good understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI governance, and data-driven product development.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agile environments, Scrum, backlog management, prioritization frameworks, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, coordination, execution, stakeholder engagement, and organizational adoption skills.
