Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco or Singapore offices, or remote from Asia or North America with 70–80% working-hours overlap with San Francisco or Singapore. Relocation and visa support is available for strong full-time candidates moving to the US or Singapore.

hirify.global builds infrastructure for creating reinforcement-learning training data and evaluations for frontier AI agents, along with a marketplace for selling these resources to frontier labs.

What you will do

• Own the data marketplace lifecycle from vendor and buyer discovery through prioritization, launch, and iteration.
• Improve vendor onboarding, work submission, quality feedback, and marketplace offering management.
• Improve how research teams discover, evaluate, and access suitable environments and training data.
• Translate complex technical and operational requirements into reliable platform workflows with engineering, research, GTM, and operations.
• Define and track marketplace health, product adoption, and user experience metrics.
• Use qualitative feedback and product data to prioritize future product changes.

Requirements

• Experience owning a live software product from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to simplify technically complex workflows.
• Experience speaking directly with users, identifying underlying problems, and turning insights into clear priorities.
• Ability to balance user needs, business impact, and engineering constraints.
• Comfort using qualitative feedback and quantitative signals to evaluate product changes.
• Clear written communication and the ability to align engineers and cross-functional partners in an ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplaces or products serving two distinct user groups.
• Familiarity with AI training data, evaluations, and reinforcement-learning environments.
• Experience establishing product practices or building a product function on a growing team.
• Early-stage startup experience and collaboration across teams and time zones.

Hiring process
