Head of Product, Coding Track (AI)

What you will do

• Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, priorities, and acceptance criteria for coding agents.
• Work with studio developers and technical leaders to identify needs, test ideas, and define product requirements.
• Shape a coherent developer experience across onboarding, implementation, code review, testing, and maintenance.
• Lead coding agents from discovery and prototyping through studio pilots and production adoption.
• Evaluate correctness, maintainability, developer satisfaction, adoption, code quality, and productivity outcomes.
• Manage and coach developers and a Project Manager while aligning studios, AI teams, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Substantial hands-on experience in game development engineering, including production codebases and development pipelines.
• Practical experience applying AI to code development and assessing the quality of its outputs.
• Strong understanding of large language models, agent workflows, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Experience leading technical teams, developing people, and delivering software or tools used by others.
• User-centred product judgement, prioritisation skills, and the ability to measure product value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration across studios and locations.
