Product Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco or Singapore offices; remote in Asia or North America with 70–80% working-hours overlap with San Francisco or Singapore time zones. Relocation and visa support is available for strong full-time candidates moving to the US or Singapore.

What you will do

• Own the marketplace product lifecycle from user discovery and prioritization through launch and iteration.
• Improve vendor onboarding, work submission, quality feedback, and management of marketplace offerings.
• Help research teams discover, evaluate, and access suitable RL environments and training data.
• Translate complex technical and operational requirements into reliable platform workflows.
• Work with engineering, research, GTM, and operations to define product decisions and priorities.
• Track marketplace health, product adoption, and user experience using qualitative and quantitative signals.

Requirements

• Experience owning a live software product from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to simplify technically complex workflows.
• Experience speaking directly with users and converting insights into clear priorities.
• Ability to balance user needs, business impact, and engineering constraints.
• Clear written communication and the ability to align engineers and cross-functional partners in an ambiguous environment.
• Availability for full-time work with the required San Francisco or Singapore time-zone overlap.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketplaces or products serving two distinct user groups.
• Familiarity with AI training data, evaluations, and RL environments.
• Experience establishing product practices or building a product function on a growing team.
• Early-stage startup experience and collaboration across teams and time zones.
