What you will do
- Drive AI-native adoption across by partnering with internal teams and promoting shared AI platform primitives.
- Connect AI platform innovation to commercial opportunities, business cases, new products, and new business lines.
- Build initial solutions with stream-aligned product teams and transition them to platform teams for long-term scaling.
- Shape the AI Center of Excellence portfolio by identifying, pitching, and delivering high-value opportunities.
- Act as Research Product Manager for frontier AI work, connecting research direction with commercial demand.
- Define repeatable reference patterns and adoption paths that make AI enablement scalable across .
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience as a product manager or founder.
- Experience with AI/ML, data, developer, or platform products at Principal- or staff-level scope.
- Track record of translating technical capabilities into commercial opportunities, user outcomes, revenue, or new product lines.
- Ability to influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders, broker cross-team partnerships, and secure leadership alignment.
- Technical depth in modern AI and the ability to work credibly with AI researchers and engineers.
- Comfort operating hands-on with internal customer teams in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
