What you will do

• Drive AI-native adoption across hirify.global by partnering with internal teams and owning the adoption of core platform primitives.
• Identify commercial opportunities unlocked by AI primitives and secure leadership alignment and funding for new business cases.
• Collaborate with stream-aligned teams to build initial solutions before handing them over to platform teams for scaling.
• Shape the AI Center of Excellence agenda to deliver high-value opportunities and projects as the CoE scales.
• Act as Research PM for frontier AI, shaping research direction based on real commercial demand.
• Develop a repeatable AI-native playbook to scale enablement and adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience as a PM or founder, with depth in AI/ML, data, or platform products.
• Proven track record of connecting technical AI capabilities to commercial outcomes, revenue, or new product lines.
• Demonstrated ability to influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders and broker cross-team partnerships.
• Strong storytelling skills to make complex technology legible to non-technical audiences.
• Technical fluency in modern AI to effectively partner with AI researchers and shape research direction.
• Experience operating in a forward-deployed model, handling undefined territory with urgency to ship high-impact work.
