Product Manager APAC (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own alternative payment method products across the full lifecycle, from ideation and strategy through launch, scaling, and continuous iteration.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, prioritization, and go-to-market plans while making clear trade-offs.
• Research merchant, partner, and internal stakeholder problems and use customer feedback to guide product decisions.
• Measure and optimize adoption, revenue growth, product performance, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Operations, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities, support sales efforts, manage APM partners, and contribute to revenue expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a strong understanding of merchant payment processing, especially in ecommerce environments.
• Proven experience in product management or product development, including launching and scaling impactful products.
• Ability to work across technical and commercial domains and engage effectively with engineering teams.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into decisions and product strategy.
