Warehouse Supervisor - Days

Location: Weighbridge Rd, Shirebrook, Mansfield, UK; full-time onsite warehouse role

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and manage Warehouse Operatives and Trainee Supervisors through regular one-to-ones and performance discussions.
• Work with the Section Manager and warehouse leadership team to monitor shift plans, operational metrics, and delivery performance.
• Ensure customer web and store demand is fulfilled on time and in full.
• Maintain site safety standards through inspections, hazard spotting, safety routines, risk assessments, and audits.
• Review labour plans, identify coverage issues, and provide feedback to the Section Manager.
• Create action plans for missed targets and support culture change and turnover reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
• Potential for people and change management.
• Good systems skills and a customer-focused approach to operational management.
• Resilience, flexibility, approachability, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced business.
