Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to build the financial function of the company from scratch. This role involves financial analysis, day-to-day finance operations, and requires a hands-on executor with leadership skills.

What you will do

• Build the financial function of the company and have full ownership of accounting, reporting, treasury, and financial planning.
• Set up principles, policies, and controls to support the continuous growth of the business.
• Ensure timely payments to employees and contractors.
• Provide suggestions for improvement and drive the financial performance of the Company.
• Prepare revenue/profit forecasts and advise on improvements in pricing strategy and cost effectiveness.
• Oversee compliance of UK/US companies and liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants.

Requirements

• Experience working with a Seed/Series-A/B startup in the US market.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Finance, Audit, Transaction Support, or Tech Industry.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Excellent user of Google Sheets.
• Fluent knowledge of English.

Nice to have

• ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• Previous Big 4/Big 10 experience.
• Proven track record of delivering required results under pressure and in a limited timeline.
• Experience in working independently and leading a team.
