What you will do

• Provide execution-layer support to the Head of Finance & Operations across finance, legal, compliance, and people operations.
• Manage finance operations, including vendor and customer tracking and cross-tool finance flows.
• Handle people operations tasks such as onboarding, HR data management, and contracting.
• Administer the legal document library, contract tracking, and entity-level filing obligations.
• Identify manual recurring work and build AI-based automation solutions instead of relying on manual processes.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., MBB consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups).
• Degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Solid accounting fundamentals and proficiency in financial modelling (Excel).
• Must be genuinely AI-native, using AI tools and agents daily to automate workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Copenhagen or London.
