Salary: $109,500 - $145,700 USD

What you will do

• Act as a trusted financial business partner to facility and commercial leadership.
• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and monitor key financial and operational KPIs.
• Maintain long-term financial models and perform variance and scenario analyses.
• Coordinate with the Shared Service Center to ensure accurate month-end closing and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency with ERP platforms and advanced Excel.
• Ability to travel as needed to support facilities and business initiatives.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
