What you will do

• Own the end-to-end analysis and reporting of core delivery, collection, and sortation costs (CM2/Gross Profit).
• Act as a strategic business partner to Commercial and Operations teams to enable faster, data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare and track business cases for new initiatives and manage month-end close processes.
• Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting for unit economics, analyzing the impact of volume and shipper mix.
• Develop financial models to evaluate customer profitability, depot efficiency, and density effects.
• Drive efficiency and insights by implementing AI tools and no-code automation within the finance function.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of post-qualified experience within a finance function.
• Fully qualified (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
• Proficiency in Xero, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Experience using leading AI tools, specifically Claude.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup based in London, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience within a startup environment or the logistics industry.
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems.
• Familiarity with no-code solutions (e.g., Make, Zapier) or data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).
