What you will do

• Analyze label and affiliate performance during month-end close and forecast cycles.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and review meeting decks for senior leadership.
• Calculate and communicate updated streaming forecasts to global teams.
• Analyze data by market, artist, and DSP to identify key performance drivers.
• Manage global marketing budgets and provide forecasts to finance teams.
• Liaise with international labels and affiliates on all Off Roster financial matters.

Requirements

• Strong financial and analytical capabilities with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage comfortably with senior-level executives.
• Highly organized with strong multi-tasking abilities.
