Senior Project Manager, Water/Wastewater Treatment Systems

Location: Remote or Roseville, California, United States. Travel under 20%; relocation assistance available.

What you will do

• Supervise multiple water and wastewater projects to meet schedule, quality, communication, and client commitments.
• Establish project schedules and expectations directly with clients while strengthening client relationships.
• Apply water and wastewater utility engineering expertise across wells, pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks, and treatment systems.
• Build, lead, and direct internal staff and sub-consultants through project execution and timely completion.
• Lead production staff meetings and solve client-facing engineering and delivery problems.
• Win new work, bring in clients, mentor professionals, and grow a self-sufficient practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in water and wastewater projects within a design or engineering consulting environment.
• Professional Engineer license required.
• Demonstrated success and expertise in water treatment design and water/wastewater systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
