QNX Senior Technical Product Manager (Industrial Automation & Robotics)

Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada; onsite full-time

Salary: CAD 108,750–158,750 annual base salary, plus variable incentive pay.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-component QNX solutions, from strategic planning through delivery and continuous improvement.
• Define integration strategies that combine individual components into cohesive offerings for global customers.
• Partner with engineering and ecosystem partners to accelerate delivery into new industrial and technology verticals.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new solution launches in alignment with the QNX roadmap and business objectives.
• Represent the customer by synthesizing feedback from strategic accounts, market signals, competitive intelligence, and market analysis.
• Represent QNX at industry events, webinars, customer briefings, and executive-level engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Significant product management experience in industrial automation, robotics, IoT, or embedded systems.
• Experience defining and prioritizing product requirements across customer impact, business viability, and technical feasibility.
• Cross-functional knowledge spanning engineering, product strategy, finance, and marketing.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with ecosystem partnerships or build-versus-buy decisions.
• Familiarity with industrial connectivity standards including OPC UA, Modbus, and PROFINET.
• Knowledge of embedded regulatory compliance, including IEC 61508 functional safety and IEC 62443 security standards.
