Senior Product Manager, Smart Security

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid schedule for Toronto/GTA candidates, with in-office work required on Wednesdays and Thursdays and remote work for the remainder of the week.

Salary: CAD 125,000–160,000 gross annual compensation for the Toronto position, plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Own product initiatives across onboarding, conversion, engagement, retention, and subscription growth.
• Shape integrated device and service experiences for doorbells, cameras, sensors, professional monitoring, and related security features.
• Partner with Hardware Engineering, Firmware, Mobile, Backend, Design, Data, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Customer Support.
• Lead customer research, data analysis, opportunity identification, and end-to-end journey improvements.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, roadmap priorities, and launch plans from discovery through iteration.
• Support go-to-market launches, messaging, experimentation, and funnel-performance improvements.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of product management experience in digital products, services, or growth-focused roles.
• Experience designing, launching, or evolving subscription models, including pricing, packaging, entitlements, migrations, renewals, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to work across services and devices and connect hardware capabilities to customer and commercial outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, analytical skills, and experience using data to make product decisions.
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and make trade-offs across customer value, revenue, compliance, and operational complexity.
• Must be able to work from Toronto, Canada; the Toronto/GTA schedule requires office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Nice to have

• Experience with hardware, IoT, consumer electronics, or connected devices.

Hiring process

• 30-minute Talent Acquisition call, followed by a 45-minute Hiring Manager interview and a 60-minute cross-functional interview.
