What you will do

• Define and drive multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify market opportunities through customer engagement, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Own complex product initiatives spanning multiple teams, business units, and technology platforms.
• Translate customer and business requirements into clear product specifications and prioritization frameworks.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Mentor Product Managers across the organization and serve as a product thought leader.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management experience, including strategy and roadmap ownership.
• Proven success launching and scaling complex SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in IT management, cybersecurity, MSP, automation, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Product Management certifications (CSPO, Pragmatic Institute, Product School, or equivalent).
