Associate, Diligence Management, Infrastructure (Contract)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end fund due diligence processes for infrastructure and energy funds, from fund launch and initial investor interest through investment committee approval.
• Develop and manage RFPs, DDQs, RFIs, quantitative datasets, IDD/ODD presentations, investor presentations, PPMs, case studies, and related materials.
• Coordinate investor calls, meetings, asset tours, on-site meetings, and due diligence days with investment teams and subject-matter experts.
• Work with Investor Relations, investment professionals, Legal, Compliance, Tax, Operations, Marketing, Product Development, and other stakeholders to respond to investor requests.
• Maintain consultant databases, quarterly deliverables, marketing collateral, and data and content updates during fundraising.
• Build expertise in hirify.global’s infrastructure and energy products, investment strategies, portfolio, corporate structure, history, and operations to communicate them clearly to investors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in private fund marketing, due diligence, client services, fundraising, or a similar client-facing function.
• Familiarity with private funds, infrastructure and energy investments, institutional investors, and the LP due diligence perspective.
• Strong project management, planning, organizational, communication, relationship management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal English is required for preparing client-facing materials and communicating with institutional investors and global stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in the infrastructure or energy sector and institutional private fund marketing.
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions, countries, and time zones.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Loopio, PowerBI, Mercatus, Seismic, or equivalent tools.
