Technical Project Management (Hardware Installation)

Location: Singapore, SGP. Travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end project coordination from cleanroom design and build through semiconductor tool installation.
• Track schedules, milestones, action items, risks, dependencies, and project status reporting.
• Coordinate cleanroom layouts, facility infrastructure, tool move-in planning, installation schedules, and hook-up readiness.
• Support consultants, contractors, vendors, tender documentation, deliverables, and timeline alignment.
• Coordinate Facilities, Engineering, Business Unit, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Track CAPEX spending, purchase orders, procurement status, and operational readiness for tool startup and ramp.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, facility, construction, or engineering project execution.
• Basic knowledge of cleanroom infrastructure, including power, gas, exhaust, CDA, and PCW.
• Understanding of equipment installation or hook-up processes and CAD drawings.
• Ability to manage schedules, milestones, deliverables, multiple priorities, and project trackers using tools such as Excel or MS Project.
• Strong coordination, communication, attention to detail, follow-through, and willingness to learn from senior stakeholders.
