Advisory & Consulting Manager, Risk & Audit (GRC): Leading end-to-end SaaS implementation and consulting engagements for governance, risk and compliance solutions with an accent on delivery operations, client adoption, and stakeholder management. Focus on translating client processes into solution designs, managing RAID and project health, driving corrective action, and improving delivery playbooks.
Location: Singapore, Australia, or New Zealand. Candidates near a office in these countries must work onsite at least 50% of the time; remote arrangements may be considered for candidates elsewhere within these countries.

What you will do
- Lead multiple end-to-end implementations from project kickoff through go-live, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Manage portfolio operations, project financials, scope and time capture, utilization, budgets, and delivery efficiency.
- Translate client goals and current processes into solution designs and implementation plans for GRC outcomes.
- Manage RAID logs, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, project health, and corrective actions.
- Lead client workshops, training sessions, project communications, and stakeholder management to support adoption.
- Coach Specialists and Senior Specialists while contributing to pre-sales, account growth, lessons learned, playbooks, and best practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, implementation delivery, or operations-focused roles.
- Experience with technology platforms and complex business processes, using a hands-on and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience leveraging AI to improve project delivery, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Strong operational execution, delivery management, ownership, accountability, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Confidence leading client workshops, training sessions, implementation projects, and stakeholder communications.
- Applicants must already have the legal right to work in their country of residence; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Nice to have
- Experience with GRC, board, or entity management platforms.
- Experience working with global clients and distributed, matrixed teams.
- Experience with platform-based products or solutions.
- Professional GRC accreditation such as CIA, CA, CGA, CMA, CPA, CFE, CISA, CRISC, or CISSP.
