Senior Staff Solutions Marketing Specialist (Industrial Automation)

What you will do

• Engage key customers, channel partners, and technical and procurement stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solution-level opportunities.
• Drive design wins, revenue growth, and application-level opportunities in the Industrial Automation segment.
• Coordinate Sales, Channel Marketing, Product Groups, business units, FAEs, and System Architects on strategic engagement plans.
• Translate market and customer requirements into product requirements, roadmap improvements, and channel opportunity plans.
• Monitor competition, market dynamics, and design windows, recommending appropriate responses.
• Develop customer presentations, product collateral, competitive analyses, and field training materials.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the Industrial Automation market, including PLCs, motor control, and HMI interfaces.
• Experience with channel sales, lead follow-up, and field relationship building.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with teams across multiple offices worldwide.
• BSEE or a related degree.

• MSEE or MBA.
