What you will do

  • Lead the identification of new growth opportunities and translate market insights into actionable product and technology strategies.
  • Own the end-to-end process from market opportunity identification to Material Requirements Document (MRD) development and program approval.
  • Utilize AI-enabled research tools and customer engagement to perform market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM) and define high-level product requirements.
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to align roadmaps and long-term growth objectives.
  • Drive segment business performance through revenue growth, design-win expansion, and market share growth.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer, bridging the gap between customers, Sales, and internal technical teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in EE, CE, CS, or a related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of industry experience in semiconductors, wireless connectivity, embedded systems, or IoT.
  • 5+ years in product marketing, business development, or strategic marketing roles.
  • Proven experience developing market requirements, business cases, and product investment proposals (MRDs).
  • Strong analytical capabilities in customer segmentation and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience authoring PRDs or equivalent product planning artifacts.
  • Expertise in revenue forecasting and portfolio strategy leveraging AI tools and advanced analytics.
  • Experience developing strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships.
