Senior Project Manager (Data Analytics)

Location: Pax River, Maryland, United States; full-time onsite position. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, complete a full government background investigation, and hold an active Secret Security Clearance.

Salary: $135,000–$185,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale data acquisition and onboarding efforts.
• Coordinate priorities, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across data sources and stakeholder organizations.
• Act as the primary liaison with data owners, data stewards, governance teams, platform teams, and mission stakeholders.
• Track onboarding from source identification and access approvals through ingestion, validation, governance review, and production readiness.
• Develop and maintain data agreements, access requirements, inventories, governance artifacts, approvals, and technical documentation.
• Establish program metrics, reporting, and executive updates covering progress, risks, dependencies, resource needs, and performance.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience leading end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale data acquisition and onboarding efforts.
• Experience supporting Advana, War Data Platform, and/or Jupiter products and data onboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of Department of Defense data governance and technical data dependencies.
• Ability to coordinate across government stakeholders, platform teams, data engineers, developers, and mission customers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a business, mathematics, data, artificial intelligence, operations research, software engineering, or related technical field.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret Security Clearance are required.
