Technology Solutions Engagement Analyst

Location: Full-time onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA; remote and hybrid work are not permitted.

Salary: $119,000–$172,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Assess and vet commercial technology and cybersecurity solutions for federal government requirements.
• Support the planning and execution of industry engagements by preparing action plans, agendas, briefings, talking points, information papers, rosters, meeting summaries, and action tracking.
• Coordinate engagement activities with Department of War stakeholders, industry partners, senior leaders, academia, and international partners.
• Track issues, priorities, metrics, and progress across engagements while coordinating with internal and external points of contact.
• Develop standard operating procedures aligned with Department of War requirements.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and other collaboration tools and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, project management, business administration, government, or a related field, or a high school diploma with 14+ years of professional experience.
• 10+ years of professional experience, or 14+ years with a high school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting, analyzing, or implementing information technology products or services.
• Experience coordinating events or meetings, supporting senior government leaders, and developing tasks in CATMS or similar tools.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting clients at the OSW level.
• Familiarity with the Department of War CIO portfolio.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work with limited oversight.
