Senior Manager, Foundry Silicon Technology Enablement

Location: Daily onsite presence at the San Jose headquarters in the United States, with an average of 10% travel per month.

Base pay range: $189,000–$301,000 USD annually, plus incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead technical engagements with customers and ASIC partners to define silicon technology and platform requirements.
• Map customer requirements to foundry offerings, identify technology gaps, and drive internal development solutions.
• Align silicon development teams on technology and scaling trends, competitive targets, and differentiated roadmaps.
• Enable platform solutions across process technology, IP, advanced packaging, ASIC design, design services, and ecosystem partnerships.
• Perform PPA benchmarking and publish regular technology analysis and benchmarking reports.
• Support customer engagements, business development, and new business growth with engineering, sales, and account management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related physical science with 15+ years of industry experience; or a master’s degree with 13+ years; or a PhD with 10+ years.
• Knowledge of CMOS fundamentals, device physics, advanced process technology, circuit design, device-technology interactions, and scaling trends.
• Broad understanding of product architecture, key IP, packaging, design services, ASICs, and relevant standards.
• Experience with PPA analysis across libraries, memory compilers, block-level PPA, and competitive benchmarking.
• Experience with automotive requirements, including reliability and functional safety.
