Location: Hybrid work model with on-site work at an assigned site in the United States; primary location Hillsboro, Oregon, with additional locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and Santa Clara, California.
Annual salary: $161,550β$317,600 USD.

What you will do
- Develop new CMOS device technologies and customize device architectures for foundry customer requirements.
- Partner with technology development and manufacturing teams to refine fabrication processes, device specifications, and yield targets.
- Develop general-purpose logic CMOS technologies for high-performance compute, mobile, mixed-signal, memory-controller, and other applications.
- Implement customized semiconductor device technologies compatible with existing manufacturing processes and platforms.
- Use data analysis, scripting, and analytical techniques to accelerate learning cycles and resolve process and manufacturing challenges.
- Design experiments and analyze engineering data to identify and address yield and performance issues.
Requirements
- Masterβs degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in CMOS device engineering, preferably in a foundry environment.
- Experience with CMOS device physics and fabrication of advanced transistor device architectures.
- Experience with data analysis, scripting, and analytical techniques.
- Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, adaptability, and structured problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Ph.D. in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in advanced-node semiconductor technology device development.
- Experience generating and analyzing device parametric data, applying design-of-experiments principles, and using engineering data analysis tools.
- Experience with advanced FinFETs, GAA FETs, and high-volume manufacturing environments.
