Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy (Sporting Goods)

What you will do

• Shape and animate hirify.global’s Long-Term Strategic Plan, aligning functions and regions around long-term priorities.
• Lead complex, high-priority strategic projects across headquarters, Product & Marketing, Commercial, and Operations.
• Frame strategic questions, assess options and trade-offs, challenge assumptions, and develop recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build data-driven business cases for growth opportunities, investments, and new business or operating models.
• Prepare strategic reviews, leadership offsites, and CEO, CFO, Executive Committee, and Board decision materials.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a comparable strategic environment.
• Strong experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into actionable insights.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making without direct authority.
• Structured, strategic, autonomous, collaborative, and results-oriented working style.
• Fluent English required. A Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
