What you will do

• Lead and manage complex technical sales support projects for the CCH Tagetik division.
• Provide expert consultancy during strategic customer and sales engagements.
• Design and deploy technical sales materials aligned with organizational goals.
• Deliver advanced training programs and share technical knowledge.
• Analyze sales support systems and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve critical technical issues and advance support capabilities.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of advanced product and service features.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and providing technical consultancy.
• Strong technical documentation, troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to guide and influence teams and present technical content to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bois-Colombes, France.
