Senior Internal Strategy Consultant F/M (Aerospace & Defense)

What you will do

• Lead internal strategy projects with divisional leadership on business development, industrial strategy, and M&A opportunities.
• Provide rapid analysis and actionable recommendations to executive leadership on high-impact business questions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align Corporate and divisional stakeholders on strategic implementation.
• Manage the interface with external strategy consulting firms and integrate their output into the Group strategic roadmap.
• Develop capital allocation frameworks and align investments with strategic priorities and value creation goals.
• Conduct annual peer benchmarking and analyze competitive dynamics across hirify.global business areas.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting and/or industrial consulting.
• Deep understanding of the aerospace and defense ecosystem.
• Ability to qualify M&A targets and articulate strategic rationale.
• Experience navigating complex matrix organizations and building consensus across divisional stakeholders.
• Ability to synthesize market trends, competitive dynamics, and deal data into board-ready recommendations.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
