What you will do

• Lead and manage complex technical sales support projects for the CCH-Tagetik division.
• Provide expert consultancy during high-level customer and sales engagements.
• Design and deploy strategic technical sales materials and present advanced technical content to senior stakeholders.
• Deliver advanced training programs and share technical knowledge across teams.
• Analyze sales support systems, recommend enhancements, and champion continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve critical technical issues and evolve technical support capabilities.

Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of advanced product and service features.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships and providing technical guidance.
• Strong technical documentation, written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced troubleshooting, critical thinking, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to guide and influence teams and leverage advanced technology tools.
• Availability for hybrid work in Bois-Colombes, France, and onsite interviews at a hirify.global office.
