What you will do

• Deliver optimized NAND components for high-performance enterprise SSDs.
• Contribute to NAND architecture pathfinding and final component qualification.
• Analyze NAND-to-system performance interactions and downstream customer use cases.
• Conduct direct experiments and solve product and component performance problems.
• Analyze large datasets from fab testing and customer SSD telemetry.
• Apply product knowledge to features, specifications, characterization, and validation.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Microelectronics, or a related field.
• Experience with memory products, including NAND array and product operations, characterization, and specification validation.
• Understanding of semiconductor device, solid-state, reliability physics, and semiconductor process flows.
• Programming knowledge in C, C++, and Python; fluency in Python is expected.
• Experience with statistical analysis and tools such as Git, JMP, and JIRA.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate and present technical findings effectively.
