Annual salary: $115,110–$219,550 USD

What you will do
- Lead activities supporting yield objectives for advanced silicon process technologies.
- Organize and present process parameter summaries to Logic Technology Development engineering teams.
- Partner with technology development integration, yield, and module engineers to identify root causes affecting critical process parameters.
- Develop, qualify, and implement process fixes and create yield cliff parameter improvement roadmaps.
- Ramp technologies to manufacturing volumes and transfer them to manufacturing counterparts using the Copy Exactly Methodology.
- Drive quality, accountability, collaboration, and safety across teams and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering, science, or computer/data science field with 4+ years of engineering industry experience; or a master’s degree with 3+ years of experience; or a PhD in a relevant field.
- Hands-on experimental research experience in a relevant discipline.
- Strong data analysis, problem-debugging, and communication skills.
- Experience with materials characterization, fabrication, synthesis, metrology, or statistical/data analysis.
- Knowledge of semiconductor processing, device physics, and design of experiments.
- Experience with Statistical Process Control or Design of Experiments principles.
