What you will do

• Lead system-level test solution development and product qualification for advanced NAND technologies.
• Define test strategies, test flows, ATE platform bring-up, validation, and qualification activities.
• Translate product and marketing requirements into production test designs and coordinate test coverage across product development phases.
• Analyze data, debug test flows, and improve production processes and product yield.
• Lead RMA failure analysis, root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and issue resolution across functional teams.
• Build scalable test software infrastructure supporting automation and AI-assisted flows, including DFT diagnostics through firmware.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in memory, system-level product engineering, test engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of product development, trim development, NAND performance and reliability optimization, semiconductor manufacturing, product lifecycle, and qualification processes.
• Strong understanding of PCIe, system architecture, ASICs, and NAND flash operation at the device level.
• Experience with DFT techniques, data analysis tools, scripting, Python, C, and C++.
• Hands-on experience with system and memory testing and failure analysis using oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, and similar tools.

Nice to have

• Experience developing or debugging DRAM, PCIe, or HBM devices.
• Experience with generative and agentic AI tools.
