Director, Systems Architecture (Hardware Development)

What you will do

• Build and lead a systems architecture organization delivering complete compute systems and rack-mounted server designs.
• Drive programs from system architecture through delivery of reference systems, customized solutions, and new technologies.
• Set development schedules, monitor execution, balance resources, and drive engineering teams toward on-time delivery.
• Lead the selection, development, and growth of innovation-driven engineering teams.
• Collaborate across architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and business functions to deliver products.

Requirements

• BSEE or a similar technical degree.
• 15 years of system design and development experience or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading global system development teams and shipping innovative products.
• Expertise across system hardware, firmware, software, architecture, integration, testing, and validation.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and collaboration with design and manufacturing organizations.
• Excellent written and spoken English; onsite work in Secaucus, New Jersey.
