What you will do

• Build and lead global engineering teams focused on system integration and validation.
• Define system integration architecture and technical strategy across ASIC, hardware, firmware, and software.
• Own end-to-end integration and bring-up of multi-subsystem platforms.
• Establish design-for-integration principles, interface contracts, and readiness criteria.
• Drive system-level validation, performance testing, and resolution of complex cross-layer issues.
• Partner with product leadership to ensure predictable delivery from bring-up to production.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in system engineering across silicon, hardware, firmware, and software.
• Deep expertise in integrating complex multi-interface systems and large computing rack architectures.
• Proven experience leading global, cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of interconnect technologies including Ethernet, RoCE, UEC, DDRx, and PCIe.
• Demonstrated ability in system-level debugging and root cause resolution for complex issues.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed Ethernet network setups and Infiniband.
• Deep knowledge of Linux kernel and user space for server and embedded systems.
• Experience with distributed computing, high-availability, and scalability.
• Background in system virtualization and containerization.
