What you will do

• Build and lead a Systems & Solutions Engineering team covering 32-bit MCU and 64-bit MPU product portfolios.
• Act as the technical interface for strategic customer engineering organizations and understand their architectures, pain points, competitive options, and roadmap timing.
• Translate customer requirements into processor, mixed-signal IP, safety, security, connectivity, software, package, toolchain, and product roadmap needs.
• Develop solution narratives for automotive, robotics, industrial automation, networking, infrastructure, e-mobility, and Edge AI markets.
• Support design-win pursuits through architecture positioning, competitive analysis, NRE and derivative framing, and executive customer engagement.
• Coordinate sales, product, architecture, silicon, software, design, and customer teams so field requirements become actionable roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in semiconductors, embedded processors, systems, applications engineering, product architecture, or customer solutions.
• Strong background in MCU/MPU products, embedded software, system architecture, customer product requirements, and hardware/software partitioning.
• Experience working directly with customer engineering organizations and influencing design decisions.
• Experience closing or materially supporting design wins, platform wins, or strategic customer engagements.
• Ability to lead through influence across product management, sales, silicon architecture, software, and design engineering.
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, and scale high-performing technical teams, with strong executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in functional safety, cybersecurity, secure boot/HSM, AUTOSAR, embedded Linux, or RTOS ecosystems.
• Background in automotive Tier-1 or OEM, industrial automation, robotics, networking, or infrastructure systems architecture.
• Established relationships with engineering decision makers in priority industry verticals.
